Payment TermsPayment should be made in USD or HKD; please confirm with us if you wish to pay in an alternative currency. The conference organizer will not bear any bank charges associated with the transfer of funds or service fees.
Student RegistrationThe student fee applies exclusively to students who are the first authors of a submission, and a valid certificate from the relevant academic department must be provided.
Confirmation of RegistrationYour registration will be confirmed only after full payment is received. Upon confirmation of your registration, an electronic copy of the official receipt will be sent to you. Should you require a hard copy of the receipt, please contact icbeb@icbeb.org for further instructions.
Inclusions and ExclusionsPlease be advised that the standard registration fee does not include accommodation, transportation, visa application fees, nor the publication fee for papers in SCI-indexed journals.
3. Payment Methods
Bank Transfers♦ Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper/abstract ID.
♦ Kindly contact icbeb@icbeb.org for banking details with your paper/abstract ID. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
Pay via Credit Card
♦ Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper/abstract ID.
♦ After logging into the system, click on ‘Pay Registration Fee via CreditCard’ to initiate an online payment request, and then complete the payment using the link received via email.
♦ Alternatively, please contact icbeb@icbeb.org for more instructions regarding credit card payments.
4. Transfer and Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to a substitute delegate, the following refund policy applies:All refund requests must be made in writing via email to the conference secretary at: icbeb@icbeb.org
- Before September 1, 2025: a refund will be issued with a deduction of a 5% handling fee.
- From September 1 to September 20, 2025: 50% of payment Refund.
- After September 20: no refund.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of delays or force majeure events, which include but are not limited to natural disasters (such as fires, earthquakes, or storms), strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or interventions, acts, restraints, or regulations imposed by any governmental authority, including compliance with any government order. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if a visa application is denied.
