Notices
  • Payment is supposed to be made in USD/HKD; kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in another currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the money transfer.
  • Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from a related department should be provided.
  • Your registration will ONLY be confirmed after payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of the official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact icbeb@icbeb.org / icbeb@academicconf.com for details).
  • The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
3. Payment Methods

Kindly contact icbeb@icbeb.org / icbeb@academicconf.com for banking details with your paper/abstract ID. Bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.

Pay via Credit Card

4. Transfer and Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost, provided that we receive at least one week prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.

All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary at icbeb@icbeb.org / icbeb@academicconf.com.
* Before and on September 10, 2024: Full Refund.
* From September 11 to October 10, 2024: 50% of payment Refund.
* After October 10, 2024: No refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquakes or storms, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.

The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be borne by the participants.
